Q. Is it legal to ship cigarettes and tobacco?
A. for buying cigarettes and tobacco, YOU MUST OVER 18 YEARS OLD and are buying the tobacco products for personal use and YOU ARE NOT ALLOW TO RESELL OUR PRODUCTS.

Q. Would you keep my credit card information?
A. No, once we accept your payment we will delete your credit card information.

Q. May I able to have my EFT invoice recipe?
A. Yes, we will send your EFT invoice recipe with your order.

Q. May I able to trace my order?
A. Yes, Once your order is placed you may login to your account here and click on order history to view all of your orders. Your order will indicate either of the following status.

Order Recived: Order has been placed and is awaiting processing.
Payment Received: Credit card has been charged and order is ready to ship
Trade Complete: Order has been shipped and tracking information is available.

Q. When will you send my order?
A.  We usually send out your order within 2 to 3 working days after payment recived, but during public holidy or weekend, the shippment might take up to 5 working days. Please take into consideration the transit time from our warehouse to you.

Q. What's the Policy for Refund and Exchange?
A. At HookahAustralia.com.au we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied - please contact us at enquiry@onlineSMOKE.com.au and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with the policies below.

refunds will only be issued within 7 days and only where the goods are shown to be faulty. Please contact us at enquiry@onlineSMOKE.com.au BEFORE sending the parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment AFTER inspection of the goods. However the original freight and the cost of sending the goods back will have to be paid by customer.

Refund can not be issued due to: 
Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence.
No longer want the products or just do not like them, or found that goods are the wrong size or colour. 
Able to purchase the same of similar products elsewhere for a cheaper price. 
Any defect drawn to customer’s attention before they purchased goods, for example, when goods are clearly labelled as seconds or faulty.

We will happily exchange your product within 7 days of original purchase, for goods to the same value, provided products are returned to us in the original condition and able to resell. You may exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper item. There will be a delivery charge on the exchange. Q. Do you charge Taxes or GST?
A. HookahAustralia.com.au shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
